Nisos Rentals ("we", "us") operates a vehicle rental service - cars, ATVs, buggies and scooters - out of Akti Miaouli 5, Kos Town 85300. 2. Information we collect

• Booking details you submit: first and last name, email, phone number and country.
• Payment information: card payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of the amount paid and payment status against your booking.
• Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for the site to function, plus optional analytics cookies you can accept or reject in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.
• Usage data: basic technical data (such as pages viewed) if you consent to analytics cookies.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage your booking, communicate with you about your reservation, take payment, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and - only with your consent - understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

4. Sharing your data

We share booking and payment data with Stripe, our payment processor, solely to take payment. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Data retention

We keep booking records for as long as needed to fulfil the rental, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for optional processing (such as analytics).
