1. Acceptance
By booking a vehicle through this website you agree to these terms. Nisos Rentals provides short-term rental of cars, ATVs, buggies and scooters from Akti Miaouli 5, Kos Town 85300.
2. Eligibility & licence
Drivers must hold a valid driving licence appropriate to the vehicle: a full car licence for cars, buggies and ATVs; an AM licence for 50cc scooters, A1 for 125cc, and a full A licence for 325cc bikes. The licence must be brought to and checked at pickup.
3. Bookings & availability
A booking reserves that exact vehicle for your chosen dates, or a similar vehicle from the same group if we genuinely need to substitute one (for example, due to maintenance). You will receive a confirmation with a booking reference by email.
4. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown per day, all-in, before you book. At checkout you may pay a deposit online, pay the full amount online via card, or reserve now and pay the full amount in cash on pickup. Any add-ons (extra driver, child seat, full coverage, delivery) are charged as shown at checkout.
5. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is held at pickup for each rental group. Adding full coverage at checkout waives the excess on that deposit. The deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned in the condition it was collected in, subject to inspection.
6. Vehicle use & condition
Vehicles must be returned on time, to the agreed location, in the same condition and with the same fuel level as at pickup. The renter is responsible for parking and traffic fines incurred during the rental period, and for any damage or loss not covered by the applicable insurance/deposit.
7. Cancellations & changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking; we will do our best to accommodate date changes subject to availability. [Template - specify your actual cancellation window and refund policy here before launch.]
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Nisos Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking (such as missed connections or holiday disruption). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute not resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer- protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
